Thermal destruction plant Pyrolysis complex
Technical Specifications of the Complex
The installation is a set of equipment that provides thermal destruction (decomposition into low molecular weight components without oxygen access) of polymer-organic raw materials, polypropylen, polyethylene and recycling liquid petroleum products, including used engine oils, with the production of pyrolysis gas, pyrolysis liquid and dry residue (carbon residue). To control and visualize the technological parameters of the installation and control, an electronic instrument panel provided with a touch control panel of the operator connected to the PLC. Technological parameters of the process are displayed on the operator's control panel, and critical indicators and warning signals are duplicated by analog devices in the form of mechanical pressure gauges, sound and visual signaling devices (lamps).
Raw materials for processing
Our units allow processing up to 95% of the loaded raw materials by decomposition into low molecular components, followed by the production of pyrolysis gas, liquid boiler (pyrolysis) fuel (LBF) and dry residue (technical soil).
The thermal destruction unit (UTD) is designed for processing and pyrolysis of organic waste:
-
oil sludge, hydrocarbon and salt-based sludge
-
used drilling fluids
-
oily soils
-
oil emulsions
-
used oils
-
solid fractions in the composition of solid waste (polyethylene, plastic)
-
worn-out tires and waste of RTI
-
motherboards and computer boards
